Digisourced Ltd is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a multi-geography technology programme. The role supports Agile delivery across distributed teams with a hybrid working model (2 days onsite).

You will bring 8+ years overall experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SAFe, and excellent facilitation and communication skills to coordinate across international projects. Professional English at C1 level is required.

Working Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite
