Easyfairs is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Paris office, working in a fast-paced environment within the Operations team across a number of Easyfairs exhibitions in France. The role reports to the Heads of Operations and requires on-site presence in Paris.

You will plan and organise events from concept to onsite, liaise with suppliers, lead the onsite operations team, and manage health and safety, budget forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in the exhibition and events sector strongly preferred.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
• Impeccable customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to take a lead role in delivering on team goals.
• Setting, monitoring and forecasting budget with Heads of Operations.
• Floorplan production and management.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organize events from concept to onsite.
• Liaise with suppliers and venues.
• Lead the operations team onsite whilst ensuring smooth running of shows.
• Health and Safety management including risk assessment.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams on portfolio of events.
• Coordinate and manage the Exhibitor Shop for portfolio of events.
• Report on exhibitor web shop revenue targets.
• Day‑to‑day management of Operations Assistant and Operations Executive.
• Manage exhibitor manuals using new online portal.
