BackFit Health + Spine in Goodyear is seeking a FULL-TIME EXERCISE THERAPIST / PHYSICAL THERAPY TECH to join a busy multi-provider practice. You will supervise, train, support and coach patients through therapy while also assisting the front desk with duties. A reliable, high-energy team player who communicates well is key.

We are looking for a FULL-TIME EXERCISE THERAPIST / PHYSICAL THERAPY TECH to join a growing busy practice. Our office is a Multi-Provider office (DC’s & PA’s). Job tasks include supervising, training, supporting, coaching & encouraging patients with physical therapy, while also assisting the front desk with assorted duties. So, the ability to multi-task is critical.

You have to be a RELIABLE, HIGH ENERGY person to keep up with our pace. We are looking for a motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who is a team player. Must able to support our Providers, Office Manager, and work alongside our Front Office Staff, MA’s, and Massage Therapists. Communication is key!

You must have a PASSION for healthcare, diet, nutrition and can work well under the direct supervision of our Doctors. Position needs to be filled ASAP so we can train you properly. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30am-6:30pm (with an hour lunch)
• Tuesday & Thursday 2:30pm-6:30pm (early afternoons may be utilized for training upon initial employment)
