During Month 1, you’ll receive in-person training in Philadelphia, establishing business acumen and True’s approach.

Responsabilités

• Research potential candidate archetypes and map company and market ecosystems.
• Drive candidate outreach and build a healthy search pipeline.
• Manage full candidate lifecycle and ensure data integrity in Thrive CRM.
• Attend weekly client update calls to report progress and insights.
• Shadow senior team members on calls and meetings to learn quickly.
