Job summary

Getinge Life Science Vendôme is seeking an experienced Director of Industrial Operations to define and implement the industrial strategy ensuring product availability in compliance with regulations, quality, costs and timelines.

The role requires 5–8 years in a similar position, preferably in pharma or healthcare, and strong English; expertise in financial analysis, project management, and people leadership will be essential to drive performance and change across HSSE, Production and Supply.

Qualifications

• Engineer or Grandes Ecoles level education.
• Strong command of English is required.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the industrial operations strategy.
• Build a governance structure aligned with strategy.
• Manage and develop HSSE, Production and Supply teams.
