Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Group Compliance lead in Île-de-France to shape the scope and framework of our compliance function. You will translate gaps into practical processes and drive monitoring programs across the organization.

You will report to executive leadership, liaise with regulators, and bring 7–10 years of risk and compliance experience in banking to the role, with strong analytical and project management skills and fluency in French and English.

• 7–10 years of experience in risk management or compliance roles.
• Strong operational and project management skills.
• Sound knowledge of the banking and financial industry.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
