Pernod Ricard España SA in Paris is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant Intern to support the VP Marketing Prestige. This internship offers exposure to finance, events, data management, and supply room compliance within a global beverage leader.

You will coordinate internal meetings, prepare expense reports, and maintain databases while developing strong organization and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).

Responsabilités

• Support the invoice management process (Purchase Orders, invoice tracking and follow-up with internal stakeholders and suppliers).
• Assist with the preparation and follow-up of expense reports (T&E).
• Support the logistical organization of internal meetings, workshops and team events. Coordinate catering, meeting rooms, materials and supplier deliveries.
• Assist with shipping and receiving event materials when required.
• Update and maintain internal databases, ensure information remains accurate, complete and up to date (organization chart, email diffusion lists…).
• Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and documentation (onboarding, invoicing…).
• Help maintain the organization and security of the team's supply rooms. Ensure supplies are properly stored with the help of the other interns.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant. Help coordinate cross-functional requests.
