United States Digital Space LLC in Paris seeks a strategic, proactive EA / workplace manager to support founders and scale the team. You will protect deep work time, coordinate multi-time-zone calendars, travel, and HQ operations.

You’ll own the Paris hub logistics, triage inboxes, manage vendor relations, HR onboarding, and plan events across Europe. Fluency in English and French, plus comfort with AI, are essential for fast execution and high-quality stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a fast-growing or rigorous professional services environment (law, finance, or consulting)
• Fluent in English and French
• Take radical ownership and default to action, ensuring task closure
• Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendar and logistics
• Comfort with AI and rapid learning
• Strong stakeholder management and culture-building abilities
• Rigor in operational admin: invoices, expense tracking, onboarding workflows
• Able to host investors/partners and protect founders’ time

Responsabilités

• Own founder calendars and travel logistics across time zones
• Assist founders in day-to-day events: board meetings, client meetings
• Triages high-volume inboxes and ensures follow-ups with partners and investors
• Manage the Paris HQ end-to-end: vendor relations, hosting VIPs

The roleWe’re looking for a strategic, proactive EA / workplace manager to amplify our founders impact and make the company run seamlessly. You will watch their back.

You’ll be the operational backbone of our Paris HQ, orchestrating founder logistics, shaping the company rhythm, and enabling the team to scale fast and smoothly.

You'll scale faster than the founders, and will grow faster than the company.

What you'll own

• Founder velocity: Owning the complex, multi-time-zone calendars and travel logistics to ensure the founders are always in the right place at the right time with the right information.

• Assisting the founders in their day-to-day important events: board meetings, client meetings, and co. You'll help founders be on top of their game.

• Inbox & communication: Triaging high-volume inboxes and ensuring 100% accountability on follow-ups with partners, investors, and the ecosystem.

• The Paris hub: Managing our physical HQ end-to-end: from vendor relationships to hosting VIPs.

• Operational rigour: Handling invoice payments, accounting workflows, and HR admin (employee requests and office onboarding).

• Culture infrastructure: Designing and executing the logistics for team events and marketing pop-ups as we expand across Europe.

• Founder proxy: Acting as the first point of contact for the team and external stakeholders, protecting the founders' deep work time while ensuring the team has what it needs.

• 1 to 3+ years in a challenging / fast-growing environment (Series A/B preferred) or a rigorous professional services environment (law, finance, or consulting).

• Fluent in English and in French.

• Take radical ownership and default to action: You anticipate needs before they are voiced and ensure that once a task is started, the loop is closed every single time.

• You’re used to fast change and context-switching: You can jump from complex multi-time-zone calendar management to fixing an office infrastructure issue without losing momentum.

• You're very comfortable using AI, and learn super fast.

• You're willing to take anything that has to be done. Anytime, anywhere. No matter how fun that is.

• You can act as a high-level gatekeeper and founder proxy: You are comfortable hosting investors, partners and protecting the founders' time for 10x deep work.

• You bring extreme rigor to operational admin: Experienced in handling invoice payments, expense tracking, and basic HR/onboarding workflows.

• You're strong at stakeholder management and culture-building: You take pride in building a world-class environment in the Paris HQ for both local and visiting remote employees.
