Elliott Wood is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO, COO and Board, playing a key role in the effective operation of our Executive Office and wider leadership team.
You will manage complex diaries, coordinate Board meetings, prepare briefing papers and presentations, handle confidential information with discretion, and help drive governance and strategic initiatives across the business.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO, COO and Board and play a key role in the effective operation of our Executive Office and wider leadership team.
This is a varied and highly trusted role, working closely with senior leaders across the business to manage executive priorities, coordinate Board and leadership governance, and support the delivery of wider business and strategic initiatives.
You will be proactive, highly organised and comfortable working independently, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and anticipate what is needed before being asked. You will build strong relationships across the business and externally, exercising sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
You will have significant experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting at CEO, C‑Suite or senior executive level.
You will be confident managing complex diaries and competing priorities, with experience supporting Board and senior leadership meetings from initial planning through to minutes and action tracking. You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships at all levels and trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience within professional services, consultancy, engineering or construction would be beneficial, as would experience supporting multiple senior executives, strategic projects, Business Development activity or CRM systems.
