Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of our AI solutions, working with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. You will collaborate with senior executives to design AI roadmaps and with the Applied AI team to deliver scalable solutions in production.

Your work will bridge business strategy and hands-on deployment, ensuring customers realize transformative outcomes and measurable value from AI investments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g., data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science with credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where AI can drive improvements.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and articulate a clear path to value.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions and integrate models into customer workflows and infrastructure.
• Own pilot projects and proofs-of-value to demonstrate potential and support full deployment.
• Monitor KPIs tied to business outcomes and communicate progress to sponsors.
