Sidel in Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre, France, seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead industrial equipment projects across Europe and Central Asia. You will oversee on-site activities and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

From intake to closure, you will serve as the customer’s main contact for technical and organizational matters, driving collaboration between teams and mitigating risks.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in industrial project management.
• Beverage industry experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English; another language and PMI certification are beneficial.

• Analyze customer needs and contract specifications to ensure requirements are understood.

• Control contracts and costs, covering equipment, external supplies, shipping, installation and commissioning.
• Anticipate risks, implement mitigation actions and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
• Plan, monitor and report on progress, keeping stakeholders informed and project information systems up to date.

At a site employing around 170 people, with expertise in robotic palletizing systems, you will manage new equipment projects across Europe and Central Asia.From order intake to project closure, you will be the customer’s main point of contact for technical and organizational matters, building connections between teams and turning shared objectives into results.

Your Mission

• Manage projects, including on-site activities, against safety, quality, cost and delivery objectives.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial project management; beverage industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, with experience using an ERP such as SAP.
• Fluent English; a third language and PMI certification are advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, curiosity, a collaborative approach and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage several projects and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
