Job summary

Tecma Aries, acteur français du design et de la fabrication de machines d’emballage et d’automatisation, recrute un chef de projet (H/F). Rattaché au Directeur des Operations Groupe, vous piloterez des projets de Coulommiers et de Rosières-près-Troyes, du démarrage à l’acceptation, avec une palette d’acteurs et de moyens techniques.

Profil: diplôme BAC+3 à BAC+5, anglais courant mandatory, au moins 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, esprit d’organisation et de coordination, contrat CDI à

• Capacités organisationnelles et de communication solides.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les projets du démarrage à l’acceptation.
• Suivre les indicateurs qualité, coûts et délais.
• Conduire et coordonner l'équipe projet.
• Gérer les relations avec les sous-traitants et les clients.
• Préparer les offres commerciales et les avenants.
• Surveiller l'exécution et les plannings en coordination avec les départements.

Job description

Tecma Aries is a leading designer and manufacturer of end‑of‑line packaging machines and custom automation systems. With more than 7,000 machines installed worldwide, we support manufacturers in the food & beverage, hygiene, personal care, and industrial sectors, helping them improve productivity, reliability, and flexibility.

Our solutions integrate advanced robotic and digital technologies, fully aligned with Industry 4.0 requirements. From our two production sites in France (near Paris) and our North American subsidiary, we manage complete projects: design, installation, commissioning, after‑sales service, and digital support.

We are recruiting a Project Manager (M/F) for our Group

Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing projects from the kick‑off meeting through to full project completion and acceptance
• Monitoring project performance indicators related to quality, costs, and deadlines
• Leading and coordinating the project team
• Managing relationships with subcontractors and customers
• Preparing, costing, and drafting commercial offers and contract amendments
• Monitoring project execution and schedules in coordination with the various departments

The Project Manager will have a Group‑wide scope and will be responsible for projects at both the Coulommiers and Rosières‑près‑Troyes sites.

Profile

• Technical education from Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) to Master’s degree (BAC+5)
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Permanent contract (CDI) – Full time
• Position based in Coulommiers (77)
• Remote work possible, up to 2 days per week

• Annual gross salary: €38,000 – €45,000, paid over 13 months, depending on profile
