GE Vernova, Inc. sucht einen Projektleiter (w/m/d) für unser Projektdienstleistungsbereich. Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist die eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Industrieprojekten in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Qualität, Zeitplan und Kosten, von der Auftragsannahme bis Installation und Inbetriebnahme.

• Frühzeitige Risikoerkennung, Kostenbewertung und Koordination von Lösungsplänen.
• Termingerechte Projektabwicklung und regelmäßige Berichterstattung.

Nous recherchons ainsi un Chef de projets (H/F) pour notre département projets qui aura pour mission principale l’exécution intégrale des projets attribués en terme de Sécurité/Qualité/Délais/Coûts, de la prise de commande à l’installation et la mise en service des équipements.

Vous serez amené à travailler en transversal avec un chef de projet technique, la production, la logistique, etc.

Vos missions :

• Garantir l’exécution du contrat vis-à-vis du client tout en préservant les intérêts de l’entreprise : lancement de projet, clarifications, négociations, suivi.
• Centraliser la communication client et traduire le besoin client au groupe du projet
• Identifier au plus tôt les risques d’exécution, évaluer les coûts associés et coordonner le plan de résolution correspondant
• Tenir les délais du projet
• Détecter et remonter au plus tôt les écarts
• Communiquer avec le client afin de gérer les écarts
• Piloter les écarts avec les acteurs
• Réaliser le suivi du projet sur les aspects financiers (anticiper les érosions de marge, mise en place des plans d’actions, identifier les potentielles améliorations...) pour mettre en place une stratégie adaptée au besoin
• Rédiger le rapport mensuel client.

Profil

• Au moins Bac + 5 Ecole de commerce ou Ingénieur généraliste avec des connaissances de base en mécanique ou électrotechnique,
• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets industriels
• Anglais courant impératif
• Mobilité internationale (Déplacements 1 à 2 fois/an)
• Capacité à négocier
• Bonnes connaissances des éléments contractuels

We are looking for a Project Manager for our projects department.

Your primary mission will be the end-to-end execution of assigned projects in terms of Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Costs, from order intake to the installation and commissioning of equipment.

You will be working cross-functionally with a technical project manager, production, logistics, and other departments.

Your Missions:

• Guarantee contract execution for the client while protecting the company's interests: project kickoff, clarifications, negotiations, and monitoring.
• Centralize client communication and translate client needs for the project team.
• Identify execution risks early, evaluate associated costs, and coordinate the corresponding resolution plan.
• Meet project deadlines.
• Detect and report variances as early as possible.
• Communicate with the client to manage any deviations.
• Manage these deviations with the relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial aspects (anticipate margin erosion, implement action plans, identify potential improvements) to establish a strategy tailored to project needs.
• Prepare monthly client report.

Profile:

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a Business School or a General Engineering school with basic knowledge of mechanics or electrotechnics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• International mobility (travel required 1 to 2 times per year).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of contractual elements.
