Givaudan Active Beauty seeks a dynamic Intern Events Project Manager to support planning and execution of key events from September 2026 to September 2027. You will work with the Events Project Manager to deliver high-quality experiences across international trade shows, internal events, VIP evenings, and client activations.

This apprenticeship is ideal for a final-year student eager to gain hands-on experience in premium event management within the beauty and innovation industry.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
• Master’s degree student (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating and managing various events (trade shows, internal events, VIP evenings).
• Support planning, timelines, logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Contribute to production follow-up and preparation materials.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and communications teams for smooth information flow.
• Support on-site execution of events in France and post-event reporting.
