Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Donor & Client Support Coordinator II to assist in coordinating daily operations within the Charlotte, NC office. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in related experience and offers benefits including medical plans, PTO starting at 15 days/year, and a 401K with up to a 6% match.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in blood banking/collections, laboratory testing, or quality review.
• High school level reading, writing, and communication skills required.
• Ability to use a personal computer for sustained periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist coordinating daily operations including biologic product deviation notifications.
• Support timely management of product level investigations.
• Identify suspect products by reviewing donor deferral records.
