Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Donor & Client Support Coordinator II to assist in coordinating daily operations within the Charlotte, NC office. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in related experience and offers benefits including medical plans, PTO starting at 15 days/year, and a 401K with up to a 6% match.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Charlotte, NC Office located at 13500 South Point Blvd, Ste L., Charlotte, NC 28273
Shift: 2nd Shift, Sunday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $20.24 / hr. + Shift Differential (+$1.75 after 3 PM, + $1.25 on weekends)
Full knowledge of job. Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of general aspects of the job. Contact within department and occasionally outside of organization.
Education: High School or equivalent required. Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a science or health care field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience in blood banking/collections, laboratory testing, medical records, auditing, quality review or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. The ability to read, write and verbally communicate at the high school to college level is required. Intermediate to advanced level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a Windows environment are required. Bilingual is helpful.
The duties are representative of the essential functions of the position. Physical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to use a personal computer and applicable software for sustained periods of time.
