Job summary

HelloFresh in Paris is seeking a Demand Planner to turn data into actionable forecasts. You will write SQL, validate inputs, and build dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy, waste risk, and availability across European markets.

You'll work with forecast engineers and analysts to refine models, apply trend smoothing, and support daily demand plans while learning how demand planning drives procurement and production decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Demand Planning or related analytics role.
• Experience with e-commerce, food retail, or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong SQL, Excel and BI tool skills; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate and QA demand data pipelines; identify anomalies and data breaks.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform demand data.
• Build dashboards and automated reports for KPIs like forecast accuracy and waste risk.
• Support development and refinement of forecasting models with guidance from senior analysts.
• Contribute to weekly S&OP processes with materials and analyses.
