The Opportunity

This is a hands-on operational procurement role at the heart of our European supply chain operation.

You will work closely with suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners and internal stakeholders across Europe to ensure products and materials are ordered, tracked and delivered efficiently. You will maintain accurate procurement information, follow up deliveries, manage supplier communications and support the smooth flow of products into our European distribution network.

Working within a supportive and experienced team, you will gain exposure to procurement processes, SAP systems, supplier management and international supply chain operations across multiple European markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing purchase orders with European suppliers
• Monitoring deliveries, ETAs and supplier confirmations
• Following up on outstanding orders and resolving supply issues
• Maintaining accurate procurement and supplier information within SAP
• Creating inbound deliveries and supporting shipment tracking
• Coordinating with Logistics, Planning, Warehouse and Finance teams
• Supporting supplier performance reporting and KPI monitoring
• Maintaining procurement dashboards and management reports
• Processing logistics and procurement invoices through SAP Concur
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations

• A quick learner who is eager to develop operational procurement and supply chain expertise
• Comfortable working with data, systems and Excel spreadsheets

Preferred Background

• MBO+ OR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Previous operational procurement, supply chain or administrative experience would be advantageous
• Experience with SAP would be beneficial but is not essential
• Fluent English language skills; Dutch would be an advantage
• Ability to work in Netherlands without the requirement of company sponsorship
