Associer Intl is seeking a KAM specialist to support European activities with major automotive OEMs on battery projects for LEV. The role may also involve other industries such as energy storage systems.

You will build day-to-day relationships with customer purchasing teams, coordinate with HQ cross-functional teams, and help prepare RFQ/RFI responses, price/volume tracking, and quarterly reports to ensure project targets and margins.

Qualificações

• First experience with new energy vehicle or energy storage related industries is preferred.
• Automotive industry experience working for a Tier 1 supplier is preferred.
• Having good communication skills, and keen to learn attitude.
• Proficiency in English & French is mandatory.
• A degree holder, preferably majored in Engineering related majors.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this role.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Ensure day to day relationship with the customer and manage 1st level communication
• 2. Attend regularly at sales, projects & supplier meetings on customer site, regular visit.
• 3. Support on awarded programs (in development and in serial life)
• 4. Assist internally and externally the discussion on contract signature: GTC/nomination letter/ purchase contract/warranty etc.
• 5. Support HQ cross-functional teams’ work (from Engineering, quality, logistic, …): prepare templates to be fulfilled by teams, identify project and serial life risks and propose to take actions in advance to reach project target;
• 6. Consolidate data in various reporting files: OEM business overviews / Price and Volume Follow-ups / weekly / monthly report, cost and investments cost breakdowns
• 7. Interface with OEM Purchasing department: volumes delivery, price management, overdue tracking, budget preparation;
• 8. Anticipate customer short and mid-terms needs, prepare with sales team RFQ and RFI relevant answers while securing and guarantying interests (margin,image, …)
• 9. Prepare and keep updated Vehicle plan/Medium and long-term strategy/ price road-maps/Competitors information
