DP World is seeking a Project Manager, Freight Forwarding to join the Freight Forwarding Europe PMO team. You will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across our European Freight Forwarding business, supporting growth, integration, and the continuous improvement of our Air and Ocean Freight operations.

As part of a developing PMO function, you will drive project execution, support business integration activities, system implementations, and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations with project management experience in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, business integration projects, process improvement, and performance management principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through execution and completion, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, quality standards and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, resources, risk assessments, governance and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, IT, finance, HR and country organizations to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Coach and support business leaders on performance management metrics, KPI monitoring and opportunities to improve operational and commercial performance.
• Support deployment of business systems and digital solutions, including Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related processes.
