Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Expert for Europe based in Marseille. You will harmonize and implement C&B policy across the region, acting as a strategic advisor to operations and supporting reporting and analytics for the Shipping Division.

With 5+ years in C&B, strong finance and HR knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and QlikSense, you will influence compensation decisions, renew health and provident insurances, and help shape the regional HR strategy in a dynamic, international

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits within a large international group or consultancy.
Strong financial and general HR knowledge.
Advanced reporting and data-analysis skills.
Experience with job evaluation and grading methodologies (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry) is preferred.
Fluency in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure external competitiveness and internal equity of C&B structures using market analysis.
Work with regional HR Director to align priorities with HR strategy.
Advise on compensation allocations and benefits to meet regional needs.
Manage renewal of health and provident insurance contracts.
Contribute to budget preparation and salary review process.
Advise stakeholders on C&B decisions, align with Group strategy and mitigate risks.
