Job summary

Schweppes Europe is seeking an experienced European Marketing Manager, Brand & Core Portfolio to shape the future of the brand across Europe. You will own brand strategy, the communication platform and partnerships, working across markets and agencies to ensure a cohesive vision with local relevance.

You’ll lead two Senior Brand Managers, develop creative platforms and campaigns, and partner with markets to translate consumer insights into growth opportunities for Schweppes across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong international FMCG experience and a track record of building brands across multiple markets.
• Ability to develop and evolve brand strategy, positioning and communication platforms.
• Proven capability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Schweppes brand positioning, strategy and distinctive assets across Europe.
• Lead European communication platform and collaborate with agencies to develop campaigns.
• Develop and manage partnerships, including flagship sponsorships, to reinforce core portfolio.
• Strengthen the core portfolio by leveraging consumer insights and cultural trends to drive growth.
• Lead and develop two Senior Brand Managers and align markets with a cohesive European vision.
