Medpace, Inc. is seeking an office-based Business Development Executive to join our Europe team. The role focuses on communicating the scientific and operational benefits of Medpace services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities include generating sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience in BD are preferred, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business development or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, ideally in clinical research or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
