Medpace is seeking an Entry-level Sales Associate to join the Europe-based Business Development team. You will communicate the scientific and operational benefits of Medpace services to prospective clients and work with internal executives on growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, meeting monthly targets, and using Salesforce and market research tools to identify opportunities. This role offers a hybrid work setup with on-site activity and training support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• Life science background is a plus but not required.
• English fluency in writing and speaking is essential.
• Strong communication skills and presentation ability are needed.
• Sales experience is preferred for this role.
• Be reliable, motivated, well-organized, results-driven and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving are important.
• Results-focused with initiative; team collaboration is valued.

Responsabilités

• Support the business development team with prospecting and lead generation to grow sales funnels.
• Meet and exceed monthly individual metrics.
• Develop knowledge of Medpace services to communicate benefits to clients.
• Generate opportunities using market research tools and databases.
• Secure commitments for discovery calls with BD or SMEs.
• Follow up on inbound marketing leads with appropriate information.
• Collaborate with Marketing on email outreach campaigns.
• Lead and complete information requests from clients and prospects.
• Maintain sales activity data in Salesforce.
