Sobi is a specialized international biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, seeking a regional Business Operations professional to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence in Europe. A Paris-area candidate is preferred to align with local markets and execution across EU affiliates.

The role reports to the Director of Business Operations, Europe, and involves driving performance monitoring, planning processes, revenue forecasting, and cohesive customer mapping

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends and derive actionable insights.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and mixed teams from country managers to business analysts, product managers and medical teams.
• Experience working in healthcare or fast-moving consumer products industries.
• Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness approaches and development of omni-channel evolution across customer facing teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization; Knowledge of Veeva/Vault CRM; Experience with AI-driven workflow automation.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic decision-making and regional operational excellence at EU level.
• Provide bi-monthly performance perspectives highlighting trends, risks and opportunities to EU Top Management.
• Coordinate revenue planning and scenario analysis; develop forecasting models for regular financial exercises.
• Lead customer mapping, CRM data quality and segmentation for tailored engagement strategies.
• Foster data-driven culture; integrate data from CRM, digital platforms and sales systems to deliver actionable insights.
