Job summary

Limagrain Field Seeds seeks an Europe Safety Manager to lead the occupational health and safety strategy across Europe, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with Group guidelines. The role focuses on risk management, regulatory compliance, and building a robust safety culture across multiple sites.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Safety Management or related field and at least 10 years of experience, with fluent English and professional French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Safety Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety management in a multi-site industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Defines and deploys safety strategies, standards and policies aligned with Group guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures risk management, safety performance monitoring and compliance across European sites.
• Coordinates the safety network and supports sites and managers through tools, methodologies and expertise.
• Develops a strong safety culture through training, awareness and communication initiatives.
• Oversees incident investigations, action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
