Job summary

Limagrain Europe is seeking an experienced Europe Safety Manager to define and drive occupational health and safety strategy across Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong risk management. You will lead the Europe Safety team, harmonize practices, and promote a culture of accountability and safety excellence across sites.

Travel across Europe is required to support sites, train managers, and implement corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Safety Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in occupational health and safety management in a multi-site industrial environment.
• Fluent English required; professional proficiency in French.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy safety strategies, standards and policies in line with guidelines.
• Ensure risk management and safety performance monitoring across sites.
• Lead the Europe Safety team and develop competency.
• Coordinate safety network across Europe and travel frequently.
• Oversee audits, regulatory monitoring and incident investigations.
• Promote a culture of accountability and safety compliance.
