Limagrain Field Seeds seeks an experienced Europe Safety Manager to define and drive the occupational health and safety strategy across Europe. You will ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and a strong safety culture across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Head of QHSE, CSR & Operational Excellence Europe, you will orchestrate strategies, lead audits, and coordinate a safety network while traveling frequently across Europe, including France.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Safety Management, Risk Management, or related field.
10+ years of occupational health and safety management experience in multi-site industrial environments.
Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French.

Responsabilités

Define and deploy Europe-wide safety strategies, standards, and policies.
Ensure risk management, safety performance monitoring, and compliance across sites.
Coordinate the safety network and support sites with tools and expertise.
Build a strong safety culture through training and communications.
Lead incident investigations, action plans and continuous improvement.
Oversee audits, regulatory monitoring and risk controls.
Lead the Europe Safety team and drive competency development.
Travel across Europe to sites, including France.
