Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Paris is seeking a Data Analyst Assistant Operations Europe (Internship) to assist the Operations Manager and retail network across Europe. You will contribute to stock control, process compliance, and several retail projects to drive operational excellence and customer experience.

The role requires bac+4/5 level studies in engineering or business, strong English and French, and proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Higher education (bac +4/5) in engineering, business or equivalent university.
• Ideally previous internship in supply chain or merchandising.
• Good level of professional English and fluent French.
• Fluent in Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, macros) and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly internal procedures and support in-store visits with checklists.
• Assist in stock and logistics tasks for Europe region, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Support retail projects (payments, app deployments, retail book, etc.) and POS system enhancements.
• Prepare reports on sales, stock, KPIs, and help analyze data to support decisions.
