Christian Dior Couture in Paris is offering an Assistant Retail Performance Europe internship for six months starting January 2027. You will join the Europe Retail Performance team to improve both Client and Staff Experience in Boutique and to support digital and physical projects.

Under the guidance of Project Managers you will help prepare analyses, reports, and KPI monitoring, interact with Operations, Merchandising, Marketing and HR, and contribute to the rollout of retail tools and

Qualifications

• Student BAC+4/5 in Management/Business; retail internship experience preferred.
• Curious, proactive, strategic; team-focused and collaborative.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Support Retail Performance projects across Digital tools and omnichannel initiatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and analyze KPI data.
• Coordinate communications and assist with stakeholder meetings.
