Qualifications

• Experience leading in financial services companies or market infrastructures.
• Strong grasp of operational processes and outsourcing governance.
• Proven ability to lead complex, regulated operating models.
• Deep knowledge of European regulatory frameworks and supervisory expectations.
• Track record delivering large-scale business and regulatory changes across multiple countries.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Excellent stakeholder management and consensus-building skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, HR, Facilities.
• Strong presentation and influencing abilities for senior stakeholders.

• Maintain oversight of outsourced activities and critical service providers.
• Oversee the end-to-end operating model supporting the business.
• Support business continuity arrangements and operational readiness across all locations in Continental Europe.
