Regeneron France SAS seeks a Regional Access Lead to drive European market access strategies, pricing, and reimbursement for our neurology portfolio in a hybrid work setting.

You will coordinate with global and regional teams, shape HTA submissions, and engage payers and policymakers to ensure access to medicines across Europe.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
• Regional market access launch experience across competitive therapeutic areas.
• Proven European pricing, reimbursement, Health Technology Assessment, and negotiation success.
• Experience developing and adapting economic models for regional and national submissions.
• In-depth knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement challenges.
• Fluent English; another European language and neurology experience are advantageous.
• Strong communication, data synthesis, matrix working, and stakeholder engagement skills.

In this role, you will drive market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for our neurology portfolio while collaborating with global, regional, and local teams. Salary Range (annually) €100,275.00 - €167,125.00
