Michelin Lifestyle Partnerships Director, Europe leads the commercial growth of the MICHELIN Guide across 23 European markets. The role steers a team of eight Business Development Managers and a Regional Marketing Manager, driving partnership revenue and overall Europe Lifestyle performance.

Own the Europe P&L, align with global strategy, and foster collaboration with partners and internal teams to maximize value. English and French fluency are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Languages: English Fluent, French Fluent, Spanish considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own regional revenue targets and drive year-on-year growth through proactive pipeline development and strategic account acquisition.
• Translate global sales vision into regional strategy with the Regional Marketing Manager for go-to-market execution.
• Demonstrate value creation through sponsorship opportunities in tourism, luxury, lifestyle, F&B, and financial services.
• Manage P&L for the region, forecasting revenue and ensuring profitable growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across business development and regional marketing.
