Job summary

Chloé is seeking a Managing Director Europe to drive growth, brand visibility, and a retail-driven culture across Europe. You will represent the Maison with clients, partners and press, building a high-performance team and collaborating with Richemont HQ and local support functions.

You will lead strategies for sales, distribution, client development, and marketing, ensuring KPI attainment and brand elevation, while managing P&L and real estate topics in coordination with the Richemont group.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Management or business administration.
• Minimum 10 years in the luxury fashion industry; P&L responsibility in a retail and omnichannel environment.
• Deep understanding of the European market.
• Entreprenarial and client oriented, capability to identify business opportunities.
• Strategic mindset capable of initiating and leading transformation.
• Caring and demanding leader.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organisation.
• Strong fashion flair, affinity for luxury.
• English is mandatory; French and/or Italian are appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate strategies for the sales & distribution of Chloé in Europe in line with the Maison’s global strategy.
• Create the annual and seasonal sales plan with full accountability for reaching its objectives across all channels.
• Establish KPI’s and targets for the retail and wholesale.
• Develop a strong client portofolio and ensure highest level of service.
• Ensure Maison standarts and policies are respected.
• Monitor and take actions in response to competitive activity.
• Collaborate with Richemont teams regarding Real Estate topics.
• Set in line with head quarters a solid client strategy for each level of the client pyramid.
• Explorer, through recruitment of new clients.
• Repeaters define strong clienteling campaign and develop appointment culture to build forever Chloe clients.
• VIC recruit and curate this crucial segment to be 30% of the total business.
• Definition of the communication strategy and supervision of its operational implementation.
• Develop a solid client activation and retail animation program in line with defined bu jet and ressources.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising guidelines’ implementation as per brand guidelines.
• Representation of the brand during press, PR and events.
• Build solid buying strategy in collaboration with the HQ team and in line with market needs.
• Keep sell through efficiency top of mind and bet on business potential.
