Maison Chloé is seeking a Managing Director Europe to drive development and performance for the brand across Europe. The role entails accelerating growth, enhancing brand visibility and desirability, building a strong retail-driven culture, and attracting local clientele.

The MD will represent Chloé with clients, partners, and press, and collaborate with headquarters and Richemont teams. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, manage P&L, and align Europe initiatives with the

Competenze

• Master's degree in Management or business administration.
• Minimum 10 years in the luxury fashion industry with P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of the European market and omnichannel retail.
• Proven leadership in a matrix organization and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Determine and implement strategies for the sales & distribution of Chloé in Europe aligned with global strategy.
• Increase market share and identify opportunities for brand elevation.
• Create annual/seasonal sales plans with objectives across all channels.
• Establish KPIs and targets for the retail and wholesale.
• Develop a strong client portfolio and ensure high level of service.
• Ensure standards and policies are respected.
• Monitor competition and respond to market actions.
