Qualifications

• Master degree in Management or MBA required.
• Minimum 10 years in luxury fashion with P&L experience.
• Fluent English; French and/or Italian appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Europe-wide growth strategies for Chloé.
• Lead a retail-driven organisation and collaborate with HQ and Richemont teams.
• Drive brand visibility, client engagement and profit performance across channels.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing European team.
