Vinted in Paris is seeking an experienced Trust & Safety Counsel (Law Enforcement Cooperation) to strengthen relations with police, LEA, and authorities across Europe. The role focuses on platform safety, fraud prevention, security, and high‑risk harm mitigation in fast‑moving situations.

The role is based in Paris and might involve travel across Europe. You will collaborate with Legal, Trust & Safety, Policy, Payments, and InsoSec teams to develop LEA outreach and policy initiatives, and ensure

Qualifications

• Solid experience in LEA cooperation, trust & safety, security, investigations, cybercrime and fraud prevention.
• Ability to build trust with senior external stakeholders and influence decisions in sensitive situations.
• Understand legal processes and documentation such as police data disclosure requests and court orders.
• Experience delivering trust & safety and LEA guidance, processes and training.

Responsabilités

• Work with Legal, Trust & Safety, Policy, Payments, InsoSec, and Communications on LEA matters.
• Support work around preventing and mitigating high‑risk harms, fraud, scams, and platform integrity.
• Assist operational teams with user safety guidance, escalation support, and policy-aligned recommendations.
• Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with LEA and industry organisations.
• Build internal processes for police outreach and handling LEA legal requests.
• Help design and deliver training and engagement on Trust & Safety matters.
• Navigate regulations such as DSA, OSA and e‑evidence regulations.
