Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced Brand Protection Counsel to lead the IP protection and anti-counterfeiting strategy across the EMEA region, reporting to the Legal leadership and partnering with internal teams and external authorities.

Based in Paris, you will build programs, oversee investigations into counterfeit activities, manage online takedowns, advise on enforcement actions, and deliver analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Masters in Law or JD from an accredited school.
• 8 years of professional experience; mix of law firm and in-house preferred.
• Experience with brand protection matters in a retail environment.
• Outstanding English written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to balance a large volume of work with prioritization.
• Ability to work with a global team.
