Youtrust, soon to be Youtrust’s legal team, is seeking an apprentice legal counsel in France to support product compliance and regulatory watch. You will contribute to the development of compliant features from design to market and help streamline daily operations.

The role requires an M2 in technology or digital law, with a focus on trust services, and strong written and spoken French and English. You will report to the Product & Regulatory Legal Counsel in a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree (M2) in technology law or digital law, ideally focusing on trust service providers.
• Joins under an apprenticeship contract.
• Comfortable with regulations for trust service providers, notably eIDAS v1/v2 and GDPR.
• Confident in written and spoken communication in French and English.
• Rigorous and highly organised.

Responsabilités

• Product compliance: contribute to product development ensuring compliance from design through launch and lifecycle.
• Regulatory watch: maintain up-to-date knowledge to secure and streamline day-to-day activities.
• Continuous improvement: design and rollout tools and methods to support the legal and operational teams.
