Job summary

Upway in Paris is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our refurbished e-bikes platform across Europe and the US.

You will own end-to-end Performance Marketing campaigns (SEA, paid social, Affiliates), optimize budgets across supply and demand, and build dashboards to monitor attribution and results. A data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Marketing analytics or related fields such as business consulting.
• Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads).
• Experience with Performance Marketing tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (GA4, GTM).
• Good communication skills to present results to stakeholders (Co-Founders, General Managers, Tech).
• SQL proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Build a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy across SEA, paid Social, Affiliates, etc.
• Execution: Launch and optimize campaigns to increase profitability.
• Tracking: Monitor campaigns performance and build dashboards for attribution.
• Budget Management: Allocate budget efficiently across platforms and campaigns.
