Job summary

Earnix is seeking an EU Finance Manager (CPA or French equivalent) to lead finance operations for the EU region with a focus on France. You will supervise accounting, payroll, tax, planning, and audits, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP and US GAAP while delivering data-driven insights to the VP of Finance and regional teams.

You’ll drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, prepare financial statements, and manage reconciliations, collaborating with HR, Legal, and regional leadership

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• CPA certification or French equivalent (DSCG, DEC, or other).
• Deep knowledge of French accounting standards, tax, payroll, and statutory reporting.
• Experience with global, international companies and cross-border finance.
• SaaS revenue recognition and subscription models understanding.
• Share-based compensation accounting and tax implications.
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead EU financial operations including accounting, payroll, tax compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure Local GAAP and US GAAP compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closes and financial statements.
• Manage AR/AP/GL, fixed assets, and reconciliations; coordinate with outsourced providers.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, VAT, and corporate tax filings.
