Airbus DS SLC SAS in Elancourt, France, is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead risk management and due diligence across third parties while strengthening governance and integrity across the business.

You will advise on complex contracts, design training to embed compliance culture, and collaborate with stakeholders. Regular travel between Elancourt and Ottobrunn is expected; a security clearance or eligibility is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ethics, Compliance, or Legal functions within regulated environments.
• Strong command of ethics, risk assessment methodologies, and project management.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills in decision making.

Responsabilités

• Oversee due diligence processes for third parties to identify risks.
• Evaluate red flags related to sanctioned entities and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing risks with high-level due diligence.
• Prepare and defend complex compliance files for decision committees.
• Lead procurement compliance reviews and negotiate EC clauses in complex contracts.
• Design and deliver trainings to strengthen compliance culture among staff.
