Airbus seeks an Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead risk management, due diligence, and governance for third parties, ensuring integrity of financial flows and adherence to the Code of Conduct. You will advise on procurement, review complex contracts, and drive a strong compliance culture through targeted training.

The role requires security clearance eligibility, English proficiency, and travel between Elancourt (France) and Ottobrunn (Germany).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Ethics, Compliance, or Legal functions within a regulated environment.
• Ability to assess risk, manage due diligence, and support governance processes.
• Experience building training and awareness programs for staff and management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee risk management and due diligence for third parties including suppliers and partners.
• Analyze red flags and ensure compliance with international regulations and policies.
• Monitor third-party payments and enforce the Airbus Code of Conduct in governance frameworks.
• Provide legal advisory support on procurement and contract clauses; lead capability building.
• Design and deliver targeted training to communicate compliance culture to staff.
