Airbus Public Safety and Security (PSS) seeks an Ethics & Compliance Manager (f/m) based in Elancourt, France. You will be a key expert responsible for managing compliance risks and ensuring business integrity to support sustainable growth through rigorous ethical standards.

You will oversee risk management and due diligence on third parties, contribute to governance committees, and provide legal advisory on procurement contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management and due diligence processes.
• Ability to analyze complex compliance files and red flags.
• Proven track record in governance and policy enforcement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage due diligence for third parties to identify risks.
• Support decision-making on compliance files for committees.
• Monitor and enforce Integrity, Conflicts of Interest, and Gifts & Hospitality controls.
• Design and deliver training to raise awareness and compliance culture.
