AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Data Governance & Compliance Responsible to join the Digital For Operation team. You will help define adaptive compliance policies, evaluate cloud-based ERP solutions, and secure product data lineage across the Extended Enterprise.

The role requires 5+ years in regulated industrial settings, strong data governance knowledge, and translating complex SAP/PLM logic for operations. English fluency is mandatory; French/German a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong data governance principles, sensitivity classifications and export restrictions (ITAR/EAR).
• Minimum of 5 years in highly regulated industrial ecosystems (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
• Experience translating complex data and ERP/PLM concepts for operations teams.
• Ability to write/execute functional test cases for data security and user isolation in mockups.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and navigating legacy systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as the core business liaison within the MFT to translate operational dury stories into technical data requirements.
• Lead functional platform evaluations and testing of cloud solutions (SAP S/4 Cloud, Dassault 3DX, Palantir) via POCs.
• Evaluate data lineage and traceability tools to track provenance from PLM design to shopfloor execution.
• Enforce adaptive data governance policies balancing export controls with agile supplier collaboration models.
• Distill complex SAP/digital logics into clear concepts for site operations and IM teams.
