Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• Minimum 10 years in complex, highly regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
• 10+ years in ERP deployment, specifically SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA).
• Proven SAFe/Agile experience and large-scale Change Management implementation.
• Advanced English; French or German is a plus; travel ~20%.

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Migration Solution Manager (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France.

Within the Solution Management Team, you will act as a key transversal leader transforming our industrial digital ecosystem. You will drive the definition and execution of complex ERP migration strategies (S/4HANA) on a global scale, bridging strategic IT roadmaps with concrete operational realities on our shop floors.

• Proven track record in SAFe/Agile frameworks and large-scale Change Management implementation.

• Advanced level in English (French or German is a plus) and willingness to travel (~20%).
