Une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la transformation numérique recherche un Consultant en Vente Principal pour rejoindre son équipe d'Applications. Vous serez responsable d'accompagner les clients dans leur parcours de transformation en utilisant des solutions Cloud innovantes, tout en assurant la satisfaction client et en travaillant étroitement avec l'équipe de vente. Ce rôle nécessite une solide expérience en ERP et des compétences en communication exceptionnelles.

Qualifications

  • 10+ années d'expérience dans le domaine ERP / Finances.
  • Expérience dans la présales ou les mises en œuvre.
  • Capacité à traduire des besoins complexes en solutions commerciales.

Responsabilités

  • Responsabilité pour la formulation et le soutien technique dans les ventes.
  • Développer et présenter des démonstrations de solutions Oracle.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale et aider à pénétrer le marché.

JOIN THE APPLICATIONS SOLUTION ENGINEERING TEAM

Our SEs have specialist and industry knowledge to help our customers build their cloud journeys. In partnership with sales, we collaborate with our customers to inspire them with an innovative solution roadmap to drive outstanding ROI in their businesses.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

  • Work with Oracle customers to help them to transform their business and act as trusted advisor to them.
  • Conduct detailed discovery, account planning and solution mapping to meet critical business needs
  • Demonstrate the capabilities of Oracle Applications to Oracle customers
  • Work as partner with the sales team to penetrate the market

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED:

  • 10+ years in the ERP / Financials space
  • Strong business experience in the ERP, Procurement. A flavour of Supply Chain Management is definitively a plus
  • Presales or implementation experience
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into business solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Innovative thinking

  • Emotional intelligence
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Fluent in French and English is a must.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Financial background demonstrated preferably with a Financial qualification
  • Advanced ERPM applications solution consulting experience with strong ERP financials knowledge plus Supply chain flavor ideally
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud Strategy and SaaS applications
  • Experience in facilitating first-class, value-based product/application presentations to enterprise customers
  • Strong relationship building skills to develop connections across Oracle, our partner ecosystem, and our clients to create customer advocacy for Oracle and its solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the full Sales cycle and excellent project management skills with experience of preparing responses to complex RFP’s
  • Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent desirable
  • Travel within France is required, approx. 30%
