Next Ventures is seeking an experienced instructional designer to co-create the editorial content for a blended learning training programme and Oracle Guided Learning modules. You will design the learning experience so accountants become self-sufficient Oracle users who navigate the system independently.

You will work with the Lead Change Manager and 4 Regional Leads to deliver training, communications, and publishing materials across multiple sites, ensuring timely, engaging content that

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in instructional design, project communications, or content design.
• Experience with digital transformation or ERP deployment projects.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical end users.
• Experience working across multiple sites with frontline teams is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Create blended learning materials and onboarding kits for staff.
• Develop executive kits, adoption dashboards, and regional talking points.
• Produce project newsletters, training videos, and webinar content.
• Write Oracle Guided Learning scripts and contribute to the AI intranet knowledge base.
• Editorial review and archiving of project deliverables.

You will work directly alongside the Lead Change Manager and the 4 Regional Leads. You will be responsible for creating the editorial content for the blended learning training programme, project communications, and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) content.

This is not just a writing role — you are designing the learning experience. Every deliverable you produce has one goal: enabling the accountants to become self-sufficient Oracle users who can navigate the system independently.

Deliverables You Will Own

Training

• Blended learning training materials
• KU onboarding kit — role sheets, behavioural guidance, onboarding checklists
• “Summer workbooks” — short, visual learning packs for summer familiarisation

Management & Engagement

• Finance Shared Services Manager kit — focused on procurement and commitment processes
• Executive kit — adoption dashboards and talking points for Regional Directors

Communications

• Project newsletters (June to December communication stream)
• Training videos and scripts for new operational processes
• Webinar launch materials and presentation content
• Communication materials for e-invoicing changes (regulatory FAQ, before/after process guides)

OGL & AI Intranet

• Writing scripts and storyboards for Oracle Guided Learning modules (critical Day 1 processes)
• Contributing to the structure and content of the AI intranet knowledge base

Closure Activities

• Editorial review and archiving of project deliverables

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years in instructional design, project communications, or content design
• Ideally within digital transformation or ERP deployment projects
• Experience working across multiple sites with operational/frontline teams is a strong advantage
• Finance/accounting knowledge is not required
• However, the ability to simplify complex technical topics is essential

Key Skills

• Excellent instructional writing skills — writing for operational accounting users, not technical experts
• Able to work in a project environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
• Strong skills with PowerPoint, Canva, SharePoint, or equivalent tools
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Oracle Guided Learning is a strong plus
• Self-sufficient and proactive in managing priorities

• Able to work collaboratively while still bringing your own editorial vision
• Comfortable challenging briefs and proposing better approaches when needed
• Understands that each deliverable supports end users going through significant operational change — and that empathy should come through in the content produced
