ASRC Federal Communications seeks an Environmental Technician to support the ISS2 contract on Ear Jackson Air Station. This role involves regulatory compliance administration, waste management, and environmental program duties on a remote site with housing provided.

The position entails handling hazardous/non-hazardous wastes, stormwater, air quality, asbestos, spills, and incident reporting, with a schedule of 3 months on-site followed by 1 month off, plus government-provided transport from

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with environmental compliance programs; DoD/base operations preferred.
• An Associates degree can substitute for 1 year experience.
• A Bachelor's degree can substitute for two years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee MAP/SAPs and waste stream collection centers.
• Ensure hazardous waste is collected, characterized, packaged, and processed per requirements.
• Perform inspections of hazardous waste storage/accumulation areas.
• Collect and segregate recyclable materials.
• Maintain waste logs and prepare samples for testing and shipment.
• Submit environmental contract deliverables (CDRL) to US Government.
