Job summary

RCN le Moulin de la Pique in Dordogne invites you to a summer Entertainment Internship. You’ll organize exciting activities, help guests smile, and gain valuable experience as part of an international team.

You’ll run arts and crafts with kids, host sports tournaments, plan the next day’s programme, and possibly perform on stage during shows. You’ll develop creativity, leadership, and language skills while enjoying a genuine holiday atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Studying sports, leisure or related subject.
• Speak Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Looking for internship during/around summer holidays.
• Enthusiastic, creative and people-friendly.

Entertainment Internship

A summer full of fun, new friendships and unforgettable moments in the Dordogne. During your Entertainment Internship at RCN le Moulin de la Pique, you'll organise exciting activities, make guests smile and gain valuable experience as part of an international team.

Your morning starts with a fun arts and crafts session for children. Later, you're organising a sports tournament and encouraging guests to join in. Between activities, you and your colleagues prepare the programme for the next day. And in the evening? You might find yourself on stage during a show or hosting a games night.

Together with the entertainment team, you'll create a varied programme for guests of all ages. You'll come up with new ideas, help prepare activities and guide guests throughout the day. There's plenty of room for your creativity and input. Whether you love organising sports activities, working with children or performing on stage, we'll help you discover where your talents shine.

Who are we?

RCN le Moulin de la Pique is a five-star campsite on a historic estate in the Dordogne. Surrounded by green hills and charming historic buildings, guests come here to enjoy nature, relaxation and plenty of holiday fun. The highlight is Aquapark la Pique, featuring four swimming pools and three water slides. Our hospitality, entertainment, reception, housekeeping, maintenance and grounds teams work together all year round to create unforgettable holiday experiences.

The atmosphere at the campsite is friendly and welcoming. We work as one team, look out for each other and value everyone's ideas. There's always something fun happening, and you'll work alongside Dutch and international colleagues. It's a real holiday atmosphere, even behind the scenes.

What we're looking for

• You're at least 18 years old.
• You're studying sports, leisure, recreation or a related subject.
• You speak Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• You're looking for an internship during or around the summer holidays.
• You're enthusiastic, creative and enjoy working with people.

What will you learn?

During your internship, you'll discover how to create, organise and deliver an engaging entertainment programme. You'll learn to adapt activities to different age groups, encourage people to participate and confidently lead groups. You'll also develop your presentation skills and learn to handle unexpected situations creatively.

You'll work alongside colleagues from different countries, practise your language skills every day and learn to take responsibility. Of course, you'll receive plenty of guidance and support along the way. It's a great opportunity to gain experience in the leisure industry while building your confidence and independence.

• An internship allowance of €630 per month if your internship lasts longer than two months. An allowance for shorter internships may also be possible.
